Sessions Outline

Using the Torrance Incubation Model, we will design and select strategies to:

Step 1: Heighten Anticipation – get the student’s attention, ignite curiosity and inspire motivation to learn 

Step 2: Deepen Expectations – lead students to create meaningful learning  

Step 3: Extend the Learning – give students fuel for incubation to carry the learning far beyond the lesson  

 

The Torrance Incubation Model identifies 18 teachable creativity skills and provides a methodology to imbed the teaching of those skills with bible teaching, and to harness the power of incubation to support learning.   

 

To deepen and extend the learning, we will model how we can also learn from one another and encourage each other to share experiences and provide perspectives to Feedforward the learning for all.
